This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment and Workload on Employee Loyalty. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique (with a minimum requirement of 1 year of work), amounting to 32 employees. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee loyalty. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty
