Interpersonal communication of teacher in education field is very important element and has a large role in determining the success of education, especially in children with special needs such as the deaf. Abata’s House is a special school for children of hearing impairment which applies a pesantren system that is certain to teach the reciting Qur'an. Reading Qur'an will be difficult for children who have never heard it.
