The purpose of this final report is to find out the result of employees performance appraisal in accordance with the expectations of the employees, to determine the elements of assessment and to determine the employee's perception of the performance appraisal at the Regional Office of Directorate General of Customs and Excise Southern Sumatra. To achieve these objectives, the research method used is by submitting questionnaires and interviews to the Head of General and some office employees.
