Scientific studies on vegetable crops to identify sources of pollution, optimization of N fertilization and irrigation management without affecting yield, have been carried out at different research stations of IFAPA (Andalusian Institute of Research, Technology Transfer and Training), under different management scenarios (e.g. open field and protected crops), irrigation methods, etc., are presented. Production, environmental and economic aspects were considered in those studies. Those results were presented at the NEV2013 Workshop (Nitrogen, Environment and Vegetables) and are summarized in this document.Documento que presenta los trabajos de investigación y transferencia que se están desarrollando en el IFAPA sobre la optimi...
