Starting a business offering adrenaline experiences

The introductory part of the thesis is based on existing literature and legislature and it describes the theory of running a business in the Czech Republic. The following part focuses on the evaluation of legal forms and on the choice of a convenient legal form of business and contains information concerning the foundation of a limited liability company and financing of such a company. The following parts contain the business plan, a description of the theory of situational analysis and a concrete situational analysis of the company to be founded. The last part offers a marketing plan for the first year of business.Bakalářská práce pojednává o založení obchodní společnosti. Činností této společnosti je nabízení adrenalinových zážitků. Úvodní část práce je vypracována za pomoci dostupné literatury a legislativy a obsahuje teorii týkající se podnikání na českém území. Další část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení právních forem podnikání, na výběr vhodné právní formy pro podnikání a dále obsahuje informace o způsobu založení společnosti s ručením omezeným a o jejím financování. V následujících částech práce je zpracován podnikatelský záměr, vymezená teorie situační analýzy a samotné zpracování situační analýzy nově vznikající společnosti. V závěru práce je sestavený marketingový plán pro první rok podnikání
