The master’s thesis deals with the creation of a business plan for launching a new fashion brand on the Czech market. The paper is divided into three parts. The theoretical part contains the theoretical basics of entrepreneurship, the structure of the business plan and the possibilities of financing start-ups. Following methodological part is dealing with this problem from three aspects: potential competitors, potential suppliers, potential customers. The subject of the last practical part is the business plan itself, which contains comprehensive information about the idea: product and owner characteristics, market and customer analysis, marketing, implementation and financial plan, risk analysis and project effectiveness indicators.
