First part of the thesis consists of SpofaDental a. s. company characteristics including financial analysis, followed by SWOT analysis and company competition analysis. In following sections there are introduced particular tools of marketing communication used in SpofaDental a.s., as well as the results of a questionnaire survey carried out among end customers of this company.
