Este documento presenta un análisis empírico que permite explicar el comportamiento de los determinantes de la decisión de tenencia de vivienda (propia o en arriendo) en las familias en Bogotá y los municipios aledaños. Aplicando un modelo Logit a los datos de la Encuesta Multipropósito del DANE de los años 2014 y 2017 se encuentra una mayor probabilidad de compra de vivienda en los municipios aledaños respecto a Bogotá.
