The Analysis of Management and Support Proccesses of a Specific Medical Facility

In this thesis, there is analyzed a process of employment establishment along with other partial processes in a chosen medical facility. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the given process, find its weak spots and suggest changes, that would improve it. For the creation of the analysis, I used the Methodology for Modelling and Analysis of Business Process (MMABP). The thesis starts with the theoretical definition of process environment along with the description of MMABP and used models. Afterward, the chosen medical facility is introduced, then a theoretical definition of the employment establishment process follows. Subsequently, an analytical part of the thesis is executed and individual models are created. After this part, all of the processes are evaluated and their weak spots are found. In the last part, the suggestion of optimization changes alongside with its validation is carried out.V této práci je analyzován proces vzniku pracovního poměru vybraného zdravotnického zařízení společně s dalšími dílčími procesy. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy tohoto procesu, nalezení jeho úzkých míst a návrh řešení změn. Pro vytvoření analýzy je využito Metodiky modelování a analýzy podnikových procesů (MMABP). Práce začíná definicí důležitých pojmů spojených s procesním prostředím spolu s popisem MMABP a s ní souvisejících modelů. Následně je představeno zdravotnické zařízení a dochází k teoretickému vymezení procesu vzniku pracovního poměru. Následuje analytická část práce, a sice dochází vytvoření jednotlivých modelů. Po této části jsou jednotlivé procesy vyhodnoceny a jsou nalezena jejich úzká místa. Následuje návrh řešení změn společně s jeho validací
