The aim to be achieved by holding this research is to determine the effect of work stress, work environment, and organizational commitment on employee performance. This research was conducted in the Civil Service Police Unit of Karanganyar Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research, the data used in this study is primary data through questionnaires. The sample used in this study was 101 respondents using the proportional cluster random sampling technique. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis.
