This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and employee performance. The method used to collect data using the Job Stress Scale and Performance Scale. The subjects of this study were all Boyolali District Attorney employees with 53 people. Subjects were determined using the total sampling method. The product moment correlation results obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.453 and a significance of 0.017 which means there is no relationship between work stress and performance. The level of work stress variable is relatively low with an empirical average of 34.0 and a hypothetical mean of 37.7 while the level of performance variable is classified as moderate with an empirical average of 47.2 and a hypothetical mean of...
