This study is to determine the effect both jointly and partially between employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Belawan Container Terminal Branch Office PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan. This research uses quantitative methods (explanatory research) through primary data and secondary data. The results of the regression analysis show that the three independent variables are included in the regression model (employee satisfaction, employee welfare and organizational commitment).
