Influencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral de trabajadores, Centro de Salud Supte San Jorge, 2017

the present investigation analyzed and determined the level of influence of the organizational climate on the job satisfaction of the Internal Users of the Supte San Jorge Health Center, Rupa Rupa, Micronetwork of the Leoncio Prado Health Network, in which an investigation was applied of a non-experimental, descriptive, explanatory, transversal type of correlational design, the sample population was 30 workers, which has made up the unit of analysis; the Likert Scale Instrument for Organizational Climate and a Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire were applied, 83.4% of the workers expressed dissatisfaction with a low level of work climate, while 16.7% of the workers feel satisfied with a favorable work environment . The correlation between the global scores of organizational climate and job satisfaction was statistically significant, both in care staff (r = 0.523, p <0.001) and administrative staff (r = 0.468, p <0.001). The conclusions obtained were that the perception of a low organizational climate is associated with a higher level of job dissatisfaction among internal users.La presente investigación analizó y determinó el nivel de influencia del clima organizacional en la satisfacción laboral de los Usuarios Internos del Centro de Salud Supte San Jorge, Rupa Rupa, Microrred de la Red de Salud Leoncio Prado, en la que se aplicó una investigación de tipo no experimental, descriptivo, explicativo, transversal de diseño correlacional, la población muestral fue de 30 trabajadores, que ha conformado la unidad de análisis; se aplicó el Instrumento de escala de Likert para Clima Organizacional y un cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral, un 83.4% de los trabajadores manifestaron insatisfacción con un bajo nivel de clima laboral, mientras que el 16.7% de los trabajadores se sienten satisfechos con un clima laboral favorable. La correlación entre los puntajes globales de clima organizacional y satisfacción laboral fue estadísticamente significativa, tanto en personal asistencial (r = 0,523; p < 0,001) y administrativos (r = 0,468; p < 0,001). Las conclusiones obtenidas fueron que la percepción de un clima organizacional bajo se asocia a un mayor nivel de insatisfacción laboral de los usuarios internos
