This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness level for the administrative leadership, at the Academia of post graduate studies, and identifying the effectiveness level of the process of continuous development. It aimed also at identifying the impact of the administrative leadership, on one hand, and its main components, on the other hand, on the effectiveness of the process of continuous development.
