Add to ORKGThe subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment house. The apartment house is located in the Kamechy housing estate on the outskirts of Brno near the Brno dam. The building is located on a plot slopping to the south. The building has three floors with partial basement. Its rectangular floor plan respects the visual style of the surrounding buildings. The building consists of 8 apartments in total, one of them is adapted to the needs of people with reduced mobility and orientation.
