Apartment building, Ivančice

The bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment house in Ivančice, located in the South Moravian Region. The apartment building has two above-ground residential floors and one basement, with four residential units and common areas. The vertical loadbearing structures are made of ceramic brick technology. Horizontal structures are made of ceramic beams and inserts. The building is roofed with a flat roof
