The apartment house is a free-standing, with three storeys and no basement. The building is covered with a flat roof. On the 1st floor there are 3 garage spaces, cellars and technical facilities of the building. There are a total of 4 housing units on the 2nd and 3rd floors. On the second and third floors, the structures recede and create terraces in two apartments. The other two apartments have their own balconies.
