Nursing Care at Mrs. Y With Sensory Perception Disorders (Case Study at UPT. Bina Laras Pasuruan) Fridha Luciana Andini , Muhammad Rosyidul 'Ibad2 Background : Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a disturbance in assessing reality which has increased by 6.4% since 2018. Sensory perception or hallucination disorders are one of the positive symptoms of schizophrenia with the results of individual perceptions of something that is not happening. The Final Scientific Work of Ners (KIAN) raises the case of Mrs. Y with hallucinations. Therefore, this KIAN was written with the aim of describing the conceptual process of providing mental nursing care to Mrs.Y. Method : The research method used was a case study in accordance with the rules of the Nursing Process which includes: Assessment, Data Analysis, Nursing Interventions, Nursing Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques in the form of history, observation, and physical examination. For the sake of data completeness, the authors also conducted simple interviews with UPT nurses. Bina Laras. Result : After nursing care for 1 full day in the Mental Nursing Field Trip, the authors raised 3 diagnoses: Sensory Perception Disorders, Chronic Low Self-Esteem and Self-Care Deficits: Dressing Up. Of the three diagnoses, there are only 2 diagnoses that have been resolved properly. However, the diagnosis of Sensory Perception Disorder has only been partially resolved. Conclusion : Sensory Perception Disorders have only been partially resolved with Hallucination Nursing Action Standards (SPTK). Not enough with SPTK, the authors recommend the therapy needed by patients with Attention Training Technique (ATT). Keywords: Nursing Care, Hallucinations, ATT
