Background: Health problems that need to get special treatment and attention in addition to degenerative diseases, cancer, and accidents are mental disorders. Mental disorders are health problems that need to be considered because the prevalence of each year is increasing. This ilmiyah work aims to study and understand in depth about nursing care in Mrs. S with the diagnosis of nursing sensory perception disorder:auditoryhallucinatio Method: Research final scientific work ners is a research design with a form of case study approach to analyze the nursing care problems of patients with body image disorders. This case study using nursing care is a series of individual nursing processes in patients diagnosed with body image disorders by reviewing, establishing nursing diagnoses, planning, performing nursing actions and conducting evaluations onpatients. Results: The diagnosis of nursing that arises is sensory perception disorder. Therapeutic communication to foster a relationship of mutual trust, implementation is in accordance with the intervention plan, the evaluation obtained that the patient can follow what is conveyed by the nurse and repeat it again. But hallucinations are still heard. Conclusion: mental nursing care in Mrs. S with sensory perception gaangguan: hearing halmination is done through various stages of the nursing process
