ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA PASIEN SKIZOFRENIA DENGAN GANGGUAN PERSEPSI SENSORI HALUSINASI: PENGLIHATAN

ABSTRACT NURSING CARE IN SCHIZOPHRENIC PATIENTS WITH HALLUCINATORY SENSORY PERCEPTION DISORDERS: VISION (In The Abimanyu Room RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta in 2022) By: LILY IDA NURNAINI 20613354 Visual hallucinations are conditions in which there is a disturbance in the perception of sight which causes an unreal stimulus to the sense of sight which causes illusions to appear in the sufferer. The impact that arises from visual hallucination disorders is loss of self-control which causes a person to panic and his behavior is controlled by hallucinations. In this atmosphere, people with visual hallucinations can commit acts of destroying the environment, harming other people, and even trying to commit suicide. This nursing care was carried out on 31 December 2022, 2 – 4 January 2023 in the Abimanyu room RSJD Dr. Arif Zainudin Surakarta for 4 days. The method used is the process approach to nursing care. From the results of the study, it was found that Mr.T experienced visual hallucinations because the client often saw large black and white shadows passing around and around the corner of the house. Then the client is given an intervention with implementing strategy (SP) 1 to 4 for 4 days.From the results of the evaluation, it was found that the client was able to scold, take medication regularly by properly taking medication, be able to converse with other people, and be able to carry out scheduled activities. Clients with visual halucinationts need good therapeutic communication. In carrying out nursing care, the role and support of nurses is needed to caay out intensive actions in the client’s healing process. Keywords: Visual Hallucinations, Schizophrenia, and Nursing Car
