AbstractThe study aims to analyze the influence of training and motivation on the employee performance of CV. Metromedia Lombok. The sample used in the study was 43 employees. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The data test used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (test F) and partial hypothesis testing (t test). The resullts showed that training and motivation variables had a positive and significant influence on employee performance CV.
