The present study aims to propose a reflection of different contexts of language teacher training and their crossings in the construction of teaching identities, through actions that promote an inseparability between theory and practice. The data were collected during the orientation and supervision processes of teachers in training, students of a Language course, who participate in networked projects, such as Programa Residência Pedagógica (CAPES / MEC) and Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID / CAPES / MEC), as well as projects maintained by Unesp itself, such as Centro de Línguas e Desenvolvimento de Professores and Programa Núcleos de Ensino.
