Perlindungan Hukum Terhadap Konsumen Produk Fashion Yang Diobral Online

In social life, it is inseparable from buying and selling activities, along with the development of increasingly advanced technology, buying and selling activities are not only carried out face-to-face between sellers and buyers, but can be done using electronic media (e-commerce). Some of e-commerce sites in Indonesia is Shopee and Tokopedia. One of the products that are in great demand by the public as consumers are fashion products which are on sale at Shopee and Tokopedia. The sale of the sale is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Article 11 letter af, and Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) in article 28 paragraph (1). The purpose of this study is to determine the legal protection for consumers of fashion products that are sold online. The approach method in this research is based on legal research conducted with a doctrinal (normative) approach. This study uses the type of data that comes from secondary data, namely the main data obtained through the study of library materials, including various documents that have to do with the object under study. The type of research used is descriptive research. The results of this study compare the major premise and the minor premise and then draw a conclusion whether the sales sale system carried out by sellers at Shopee and Tokopedia is in accordance with existing legal norms
