Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepemimpinan Pemberdayaan Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik dengan Komitmen Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Universitas Darussalam Gontor)

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and empowering leadership on performance with work commitment as a mediating variable. Sampling using purposive sampling with 120 respondents as the research sample. The data analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, there are several conclusions that competence and empowerment leadership have a positive effect on performance, while work commitment has no effect on performance. Another conclusion is that work commitment does not mediate the influence of empowerment competence and leadership on performance
