Dean of Students: Position Summary

Developed in preparation for reaffirmation of accreditation by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and SchoolsReporting directly to the Vice President of Student Services, the Dean of Students is responsible for coordination, budget, organizational planning and policy development for the Student Life Departments and services with in the Division of Student Services. Departments include student organizations, fraternities/sororities, student publications, student government, disabled student services, student orientation, cheerleading/spirit activities, student success programs, discipline, international student services, and other related areas.
