New distributed applications are increasingly executed on devices that have heterogeneous characteristics. Thus, their development becomes more complex. The component-based model is one possible response to increase the reusability of code. Technical services, provided by component based platforms, lighten the source code and increase the quality of service. Thought, technical services, which are designed as object with initial references in order to be statically executed on servers, do not adapt to other execution contexts.
