The Proposal for the Development of the Company from the Field of Language Education

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of small business where the main focus of the business are services in the field of language education designed for both individuals and companies. The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for the examination of the internal and external environment of the company, but also the possible paths for potential strategic development (growth) of small businesses, which are subsequently used in the second part of this work together using the methods of primary research. The result will be different draft guidelines for potential development company investigated to improve the reputation and prosperity of the company
