Business Plan

The diploma thesis is focused on creation of a proposal for the realization of a business plan for development of a small company. The thesis consists of three main parts. The theoretical part contains definitions of terms forming the structure of the business plan and definitions of individual analysis. In the analytical part, there is elaborated complex analysis of the current state of the company. The last part deals with creating the concrete proposal for the realization of the business plan which is aimed at development of the company
