The work deals with two-story slab-building includes a garage for one car. House has 2 floors. The first floor is divided into a part of the establishment and the part for living, the second floor is designed only for living. House is designed for four - five member family. The building is designed of system Porotherm and ceiling construction of system Porotherm MIAKO. The cladding is insulated by certified contact insulation. The roofs are single-layer and flat
