Add to ORKGThe thesis deals with design documentation of detached house with a double garage in Sturovo. The house is designed for four-member family. The house is designed as two-storay building, without basement and with sloping roof. The house is situated on slightly sloping terrain. The garage is designed with a flat roof. External walls are made of masonry structure of brick blocks with integrated mineral wool. Construction of interior walls and cielings are made of the Porotherm system. Part of the design documentation is thermal assessment, accustic assessment and fire safety assessment. Part of thesis is environmental assessment of designed newly-build detached house
