Detached family house, Křtěnov

This thesis deals with the design of detached house. The building is situated on a slightly terrain in cadastre unit of Křtěnov. Family house is T-shape and is a two-floor building without basement. The house is design for a family of four. External walls are constructed from ceramic blocks Porotherm and insulated by contact thermal insulation system. Ceiling are designed as a cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The house is roofed with gable roof with a sloupe 35 degrees
