Family house with a business activity

The bachelor´s thesis „The family house with business aktivity“ is made as a project documentation. The designed building structure is located in Veselíčko. It is a detached house placed on a slightly sloping terrain. The house is divided into three tracts. The outer tracts are ground floor and middle tract has two floors and a basement. The business aktivity, hairdresser's, is located in the left tract. In the middle tract there are rooms of family house and in the right tract there are situated garage and storeroom. This building construction is based on the footings. The load- bearing walls and partition walls are bricked up by Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made up of ceramic beams POT and brick inserts Miako. The roof structure is designed as a wooden rafter shed. The natural lighting is provided by wooden windows. A gas boiler supplies the house by heat
