Family house with palce for bussiness

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creating a construction documentation for a detached house with a garage and a hairdressing salon. On the lower ground floor there is a cellar, technical room and a few recreation rooms. The hairdressing salon and common areas for the inhabitants are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor should serve as a rest area for the inhabitants. The whole building is two-story with a cellar. Vertical supports are made of permanent framework concrete prefabricates and a POROTHERM system, ceillings are purely of POROTHERM system. Roofing of the building is designed as one layer flat roof. The building is situated in moderate, almost flat terrain
