House for dwelling and business

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house with business premises. A new building is situated in the village of Velký Ořechov on slightly flat terrain. The purpose of the business premises is the copy center with necessary annexes including. House has 2 floors and is adapted for housing 4 persons. The construction support system is bricked from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling constructions are designed like halfprefabricated Porotherm. The building is designed with shed roofs
