Human resource management in Bridge Resort Hotel

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is: an analysis of current human resources management situation in Bridge Resort Hotel under current standards of human resources management in Russia, determination of possible strengths and weaknesses and suggesting measures leading to an improvement of current situation and increasing the efficiency of the management. The work is therefore divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes term definitions such as human resource management, theoretical background and basic activities of human resource management. The practical part contains the analysis of quality of human resource management in Bridge Resort Hotel based on description of human resources management in Russia. Consequently there was made an evaluation of current situation using questionnaire survey of company's employees and a set of measures leading to an increasing of management efficiency was proposed
