His parents, Arthur and Ethel Hitchens are listed in the City Directory and Arthur was a bacteriologist at Eli Lilly. The family is also in the 1920 census record where John's name and age was found.This image is a preservation copy made from an unstable original nitrate negative. The image is part of Series III
