The article gave the results of analysis of 64 and 11 strains of microorganisms detected in patients with purulent infections in neurological cerebrovascular disease wards. It was found that in neurological ward, 46,45% of samples detected strains showed resistance to different types of antibiotics, and in 53,55% - showed sensitivity to antibiotics, and in cerebrovascular disease ward, 48,62% of samples showed resistance and 51,38% sensivity. A higher resistance to antibiotics was found in gram-negative organisms (59,12%), and gram-positive microorganisms were found to be resistant to antibiotics in 39,20% samples.
