The master thesis performs a strategic analysis of Colonnade Insurance S.A., an organizational unit for the Czech Republic. The main aim of this thesis is to determine the current position of the insurance company on the Czech market and its internal potential. This is achieved by performing a set of analyzes. Specifically, analysis of the external and internal environment, analysis of resources and analysis of financial health.
