This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of evaluation and proposal of a marketing strategy of the company Schrothovy léčebné lázně s.r.o. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of marketing, marketing strategy and marketing mix and describes specific parts of the situation analysis. The practical part is devoted to the elaboration of a situation analysis. Based on situation analysis, it is possible to evaluate the current state of the company on the market and its position in relation to the competition.
