ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel brand image dan brand trust terhadap brand loyalty pada konsumen queen apple.Pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya adalah brand image dan brand trust sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah brand loyalty.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen queen apple.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 95 responden.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan brand trust secara simultan terhadap brand loyalty queen apple, brand image dan brand t...
