The aim is to study the radiation defect formation, changes of the macroscopic properties and microstructure of the metals and alloys, ionic alloying of the dielectric and semiconductor materials, to determine the radiation resistance of the microelectronics articles. The phenomenological model for accumulation of the radiation defects has been developed, the models for radiation-cooling plants of the vanadium and formation of the conic structures on the steel surface have been proposed, the models of the heavy ion track for explanation of the special features in the defect formation and diffusion of the additions have been created.
