Nous etudions l inclusion de sources dans le traitement quantique de certaines th eories de jauge invariantes sous diff eomorphismes. Plus pr ecis ement, nous nous int eressons la quantification de la relativit e g en erale, formul ee en tant que th eorie dynamique de connexions, et a la quantification de certaines th eories topologiques de type BF.
