Perencanaan Sistem Drainase Dan Distribusi Air Bersih Pada Perumahaan (Studi Kasus : Perumahan Bukit Indah Permata Sepinggan, Balikpapan)

The main natural resource is water.to otimize water management and control, it is necessary to plan a drainage system and clean water distribution. This Housting has a land area of3.3 hectares which began to be built in 2018 located in south Balikpapan district, Balikpapan city has 137 house unit with a population of 685 inhabitant. From these data, the calculation of clean water is carried out, so the need for clean water for the domestic sector is 1.19 l/s and for non-domestic water needs is 0.03 l/s. Meanwhile,the maximum water requirement per day is 1.68 l/s and the water requirement at peak hour is 2.18 l/s.The clean water network system in Bukit Indah Permata Seoinggan housing has 29 nodes, 28 pipes with a diameter of ½ inc and ¾ inc PVC type, 1 tank and 2 bosster type pumps. From the results of the calculation, water can be distributed properly. The planning of the Bukit Indah Permata Sepinggan housing drainage system has 3 dimensional types of channels based on the flow rate that flows form the channel. The 3 dimensions of the channel are (0.5m x 0.2m), (0.7m x 0.5m) and (1m x 0.8m) with each guard height of 0.2m. This drainage channel uses reinforced concrete materia
