To calculate the projected populations in the next 10 yers used the method of arithmetic, feometric, and exponensial, from the calculation the amount of water needs required, then do the calculations on each element of the discharge pipeline by using Hardy Cross methode. From the result of calculations water requiremnts, obtained the water discharge that will be flown at Kelurahan Sentosa in the next 10 years (2015-2025) is 43,485861 liter/second. Planning system of water distribution networks require a fee of Rp.6.566.208.700 with a time of 125 working day
