РИЗИКИ І ЗАГРОЗИ У ФУНКЦІОНУВАННІ ЦЕНТРОБАНКІВ

Reviewed the effect of risks on the central banks’ activity as such, as well as the risks caused by the inefficiency of the central banks’ activity, on the operation of commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions and enterprises of the real sector of the economy, livelihood of the population and the state as a whole. Was detected the threats to functioning of central banks. This article analyzes the views of scientists on the evolution of the banking system and financial markets. The role and importance of lender of last resort in the regulation of the banking sector in terms of different concepts. Also, the analysis tools to regulate the money market and the banking system in particular. Based on the analysis of the international experience and a way out of the crisis the European Central Bank offered appropriate tools.Рассмотрено влияние рисков на деятельность центробанков, а также рисков, обусловленных неэффективной деятельностью центробанков, на функционирование коммерческих банков, небанковских финансовых учреждений, предприятий реального сектора экономики, жизнедеятельность населения и государства в целом. Выявлены угрозы функционированию центробанков.Розглянуто вплив ризиків на діяльність центробанків як таких, а також ризиків, зумовлених неефективною діяльністю центробанків, на функціонування комерційних банків, небанківських фінансових установ, підприємств реального сектору економіки, життєдіяльність населення і держави загалом.
