This work is bibliographic review about the physiotherapy treatments for the attenuation, prevention and stabilization or slowing down of the bone mineral density loss in spinal cord injured patients. There are few studies focusing the efficiency the physiotherapy treatment for bone demineralization. The kinds of treatments found were: functional electrical stimulation, functional electrical stimulation with an bycicle ergometry, orthostatic and deambulation.
