117 THAT Price, Waterhouse, Peat and Co., Certified Public Accountants of Cairo, Egypt, be appointed to audit the books of the Bursar in Egypt for the year 1940-41; and Barrow, Wade, Guthrie and Co., Certified Public Accountants of Philadelphia, Pa., be appointed to audit the books of the Treasurer in America for the year 1940-41 for a sum not to exceed $250. THAT the Trustees express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Hill, Chairman, and Mr. Steele, Treasurer, for their generous help and cooperation during the past year; to Mr. J. Claude Bedford of Philadelphia and to Mr. Robert J. Dodds of Pittsburgh for valuable legal advice; to Dr. McClenahan for his cooperation in the Philadelphia office; and to the many others who have served the University during the past year.
