Fundamental directions of development organizational and administrative structure of the Higher School in after soviet period

In this article the results of research of dynamics of changes of organizationaladministrative structure of the higher school of Russia in the post-Soviet period are given. The basic directions of its development, legislative – normative bases of organizational transformations and their influence on quality of preparation of experts are revealed and analyzed. Results of empirical research of the program documentation on subjects and the disciplines made in various high schools in a specified period are given.В статье приведены результаты исследования динамики изменений организационно-управленческой структуры высшей школы России в постсоветский период.
