To the issue of summarizing the institutional characteristics of soviet practices in working with young people

The subject of the analysis is the most significant structural and functional characteristics of Soviet practices for working with young people. The article discusses the authorial methodological prerequisites for identifying the features of the impact of state institutions on the processes of political behavior of young people in the present period.
