Main objective of the research was to plan an efficient and cost-effective telemetric method that is easily expandable and revisable. The research consists of two parts: First one is an evaluation of current and future state of measurement systems and equipment. The second one is planning and carrying out a system based on the evaluation. The evaluation of current and future state of measurement systems and equipment was done as a literature analysis by going through volumes of fourteen relevant magazines from late 90's till present day. In addition to this searches were run through TKK's databases using relevant terminology as keywords.
